If the delivery is delayed, or if an order cannot or only partially be executed, you will receive a message about this as soon as possible. We are not responsible for delays outside our control. If our supply of the products is delayed by an event outside our control, then we will contact you as soon as possible to let you know and we will take steps to minimize the effect of the delay.
The place of delivery is the address that you have provided. Please note that we are unable to change a delivery address once the order has been dispatched and we will not ship your package again if you were not able to collect your package.
Shipping charges vary depending on your address. After your order is shipped you will receive a tracking number by email to follow your package along its trip. If the postal service did not leave a notification you should contact them directly.
Delivery times are merely indicative. During busy periods delays may be presented. However, If they exceed thirty days from the order your order will be reimbursed in full.
