Read this page carefully and make sure your return includes the following information:

  • Order number
  • Name of the product to be returned
  • Return reason

After receiving your order, you have 7 days to return the products. We encourage you to return your item(s) via registered or traceable postal services as return packages remain the customer’s responsibility until received by us. Please note items received outside of the specified returns period will not be accepted.

When the returns are in our possession, you will receive a confirmation email. When the products are returned to us, unused and undamaged, the money will be refunded to the account used for the purchase. It may take up to 7 days for the amount to be refunded to the account of the original purchase.

* Due to health and hygiene reasons we do not accept returns of earrings.

Shipping costs related to returns

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

We understand that you may need to exchange your item, but we’re currently unable to process exchanges. However, we’d love to help you find a new item you’ll adore. Simply place a new order and we’ll get it right to you!
